Calm, clean, bright

Let’s clean for just 15-20 minutes.

If you need to start with a new song in your thoughts,
there are lots of peaceful birdsong you can hear, like this one:

or you can clear your mindwebs with something like this:

And now, you’re adding other elements to this sound harmony:

There’s an area in your home that needs some cleaning….
it can be just your hallway….or maybe one half of your bedroom.

Sweep it, push a dry cloth across it, remove the debris and dustballs.
Now go to your sink or bathroom, to the water source.
Take your small bucket and fill it with hot water, add soap, add
some essential oil:

or grapefruit, or lime, or marjarom : >

As soon as that oil hits the water you’ll be brightened!

The soap, the water, the fruit or herb oil clears your psyche as well
as the material surface you're working with. Agitate the cleaning cloth
in the water, squeeze it dry: wipe an area clean. and when you're done
you'll feel happy with what you’ve accomplished!
